We ship kits at the end of the month in which you placed your order. For example, if you ordered on January 10, your first kit will ship around January 31. You will receive a shipping notification once it's shipped. After shipping, kits typically arrive in 3-7 business days but can occasionally take up to 14 days to arrive. Please note that kits ship via USPS First-Class Mail, which does not offer tracking.

We know how frustrating it can be when a delivery doesn't show up! Once your kit has shipped (you will receive a shipping notification), please allow up to 14 days for it to arrive. While most kits arrive in 3-7 business days after being shipped, delivery can sometimes take up to 14 days due to occasional delays with USPS. If you haven't received your kit 14 days after receiving its shipping confirmation, please send us a note above to let us know. Your subscription is covered by our Delivery Guarantee, and we'll quickly be in touch with a solution. Note: All kits ship at the end of the month in which they were ordered.

That's no fun! We're sorry for the trouble. In rare cases, small envelopes like our kits can get misrouted by USPS. Fortunately, your kit is fully covered by our Delivery Guarantee. If it's been more than 14 days since you received your shipping confirmation (not your order confirmation), please send us a note above, and we'll quickly be in touch with a solution.

This is normal. Each order is for next month's kit and ships at the end of the current month. For example, if you placed your order in January, your first kit will be for February (shipped at the end of January).

To offer the most affordable shipping rates possible, we designed out kits to ship via USPS First-Class Mail, which provides best-in-class pricing for small, flexible envelopes like our kits. USPS does not offer tracking for items shipped with First-Class Mail. Instead, all subscriptions are covered by our Delivery Guarantee, which gives you peace of mind that we'll promptly make things right if your kit hasn't arrived more than 14 days after it's been shipped.

Simply go to the Manage Subscription portal and enter your email address, and you'll receive a custom login link for your subscription settings. Tip: Instead of canceling, you can use the "Skip Payment" feature to skip any upcoming deliveries. This gives you the flexibility to receive new flavors on your preferred schedule, without having to completely cancel.

If you signed up as part of a free kit enrollment offer, you must wait until your subscription has renewed for one regular-price payment before you can cancel. After your first renewal, the Skip Payment and Cancel options will be available in your subscription settings.
