Shipping Rates

Shipping is FREE for all subscriptions.

Shipping Timing

Because our kits change each month, we ship all orders in a single batch once per month at the end of each calendar month. Kits typically arrive within 4–7 business days of being shipped. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your kit ships.

Please allow up to five (5) additional days for your kit to ship if you placed your initial order within the last five days of the month.

Delivery Guarantee

To keep your subscription price as low as possible, we ship via USPS First-Class Mail, which provides best-in-class prices for thin, flexible envelopes like our kits. First-Class Mail does not have a tracking feature, so we offer our Delivery Guarantee for your peace of mind with each shipment.

After each kit ships at the end of the month, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. If you still haven't received your kit 14 days after receiving this email, contact us and we will promptly resolve the issue, guaranteed. Each kit is covered by this Delivery Guarantee for 45 days from the date its shipping confirmation email is sent. After 45 days, we cannot provide refunds or replacements.

Please be sure to double check that your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout; shipments that do not arrive because the wrong shipping address was provided are not covered by our Delivery Guarantee.

Delivery Method & Updating Your Address

Kits ship via USPS First-Class Mail and are delivered directly to your mailbox. You can update your shipping address at any time through the Manage Subscription page. Note: to update the shipping address for gift subscriptions, you must contact us directly.
