Free Shipping

All subscriptions include free shipping.

Shipping Timing

Because our kits change each month, we ship all orders once per month, at the end of the calendar month. Orders placed within the last five days of the month may take up to five additional days to ship.

Once shipped, kits typically arrive within 4–7 business days, although delivery can take up to 14 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email when your kit ships.

Tracking & Delivery Guarantee

To keep subscriptions affordable for everyone, the USPS shipping service we use does not include tracking. Instead, every shipment is covered by our Delivery Guarantee. After each kit ships at the end of the month, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received your kit 14 business days after receiving this email, contact us and we will promptly resolve the issue.

Each kit is covered by our Delivery Guarantee for 45 days from the date its shipping confirmation email is sent. After 45 days, we cannot provide refunds or replacements. The Delivery Guarantee does not cover shipments that fail to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.

Delivery Method & Address Updates

Kits ship via USPS First-Class Mail and are generally delivered directly to your mailbox rather than a doorstep or package delivery room.

You can update your shipping address at any time through the Manage Subscription dashboard (monthly subscriptions only). For annual and gift subscriptions, please contact us to update your address.

If you're updating your address less than 10 business days before the end of the month, please contact us so we can ensure your changes are reflected before your kit ships.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout, including any apartment or unit numbers. We recommend verifying that your address is recognized by USPS to avoid delivery issues. We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot refund or replace shipments that fail to arrive due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, shipping is available only within the United States.
