Shipping Rates

Shipping is free for orders $40+ and flat rate $2.99 for all other orders.

Shipping Timing

Because our kits change each month, we ship all orders in a single batch once per month at the end of each calendar month. Kits typically arrive within 4–7 business days of being shipped. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your kit ships. Please allow up to five (5) additional days for your kit to ship if you placed your initial order within the last five days of the month. 

Delivery Guarantee

To keep subscriptions affordable, we designed our kits to ship via USPS First-Class Mail, which provides best-in-class prices for thin, flexible envelopes like our kits. Since First-Class Mail does not have a tracking feature, we offer our Delivery Guarantee for your peace of mind with each shipment.

After each kit ships at the end of the month, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. If you still haven't received your kit 14 days after receiving this email, contact us and we will promptly resolve the issue. Each kit is covered by this Delivery Guarantee for 45 days from the date its shipping confirmation email is sent. After 45 days, we cannot provide refunds or replacements. 

Delivery Method & Updating Your Address

Kits ship via USPS First-Class Mail and are delivered directly to your mailbox. You can update your shipping address at any time through the Manage Subscription page. Note: to update the shipping address for gift subscriptions, you must contact us directly.

Validating Your Shipping Addresses

We will ship your order with the exact address you provide at checkout, so we strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing checkout. Addresses must exactly match a USPS-recognized delivery address. If you submit an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, USPS may be unable to complete delivery. USPS generally does not return undeliverable mail to our shipping location, so we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for orders with an incorrect or incomplete address. Our Delivery Guarantee does not cover issues arising from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

We ship to all 50 states in the USA. At this time, shipping is available only within the United States.
