Cancellation policy

This policy explains how subscription billing, changes, and cancellations work.

Billing

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged according to the delivery frequency and price listed on the product page at the time of purchase along with any applicable shipping fees and taxes.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, go to the Manage Subscription page on our website and log in in with the email you used for your order. Alternatively, follow the "Manage Subscription" link included in your subscription confirmation email. Once logged in, select the red "Cancel" button for your subscription. Once your subscription has been successfully cancelled, you'll receive a confirmation email.

Renewal Timing

Subscriptions renew on the 18th of each month. If you sign up before the 18th of the month, your first renewal won't occur until the following month, meaning you won't be charged twice during the same month.

Pricing Changes

Price changes are rare, and we will not change your subscription price without giving you clear advance notice and the opportunity to cancel. In the uncommon event of a price change, we will send at least two notifications to your email address on file, including one at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Each notification will clearly indicate what's changing and include a link to the Manage Subscription page where you can cancel.
