Cancellation policy
This policy explains how subscription billing, changes, and cancellations work.
Billing
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged according to the delivery frequency and price listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Managing Your Subscription
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time by visiting the Manage Subscription page on our website and logging in with the email used for your order.
Renewal Timing
Subscriptions renew on the 18th of each month (starting the month after you sign up), unless you skip a shipment or until you pause or cancel. You must cancel before the 18th of the month if you do not wish for your subscription to renew that month.
If you place your initial order before the 18th of the month, your first renewal will not occur until the 18th of the following month. You will not be charged twice within the same month.
Refund Requests
If you forget to cancel your subscription and receive a renewal charge that you did not intend to pay, as a courtesy, we allow a one-time grace period of up to 7 days to request a refund. Your refund request must be submitted via our contact form no more than 7 days after the payment date. After this grace period, refunds will not be issued.
Pricing Changes
Price changes are rare, and we will not change your subscription price without giving you clear advance notice. In the rare event of a price change, we will send at least two notifications to your email address on file, including one at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Each notification will clearly indicate what's changing and include a link to the Manage Subscription page where you can cancel.
By subscribing, you acknowledge that subscription prices may change in the future, but only after clear advance notice and the option to cancel are provided.
