Cancellation policy

This policy explains how subscription billing, changes, and cancellations work.

Billing

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive recurring deliveries. Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged according to the billing frequency and price displayed at checkout, along with any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Monthly subscriptions renew on the 18th of each month, beginning the month after you sign up.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page on our website. Simply log in using the email address associated with your order and select the red "Cancel" button for your subscription. You can also access this page through the link in your subscription confirmation email.

Once your subscription has been successfully canceled, you'll receive a confirmation email, and you won't be charged for future renewals. Any orders that have already been paid for will still be shipped.

Pricing

Changes to existing subscription prices are rare. We will never change the price of your subscription without providing clear advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before any increase takes effect. If your subscription price changes, we'll send at least two email notifications, including one at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. Each notification will explain the change and include a link to the Manage Subscription page where you can cancel.
