All kits ship at the end of each calendar month. When you order a gift subscription, we'll email you a printable gift certificate right away, and the first kit will ship at the end of the current month. Since we feature new spice blends each month, shipping all kits at the end of the month helps minimize waste and keep delivery schedules consistent.

Each kit contains 36 total spice blend servings, divided evenly across 3 spice blends, which makes about 8 to 10 meals. One serving 1/4 tsp.

One kit makes about 8 to 10 meals, based on normal use of about 4 × 1/4 tsp servings of spice blends per meal. You may make more or fewer meals depending on how much of each blend you use per meal. Our kits are "one size fits most" and most customers find that the amount of spice blends per kit is just right.

To make things simple, we offer just one kit size. Our kits are "one size fits most" and come up with enough spice blends for most cooking routines. If you cook for multiple people, or cook a lot, we recommend simply ordering a second kit.
