Each kit includes:
- 3 freshly ground spice blends inspired by a new country each month
- 3 tip cards with easy uses for each blend
- Quick ingredient pairing chart
- 10+ simple recipes and meal ideas

- A postcard from the month's featured country, plus fun facts and themed dinner playlists
- Standard Size: 3 blends per kit, with 1/8 cup (about 6 meals) per blend
- Family Size: 3 blends per kit, with 1/4 cup (about 12 meals) per blend
We focus more on fresh and savory flavors than on heat. Some blends may include mildly spicy ingredients like chile peppers, but in general we've crafted our blends to appeal to a wide range of taste palates.
- Gluten: Spices, herbs, chiles, and seeds are naturally gluten free. As a result, nearly all of our blends do not contain gluten. In the rare cases that a blend does have a gluten-containing ingredient, the ingredient is always clearly indicated on the blend's packaging.
- Allergens: Most of our blends do not contain any of the "Big 9" food allergens. If a blend does contain an allergen, it is always clearly labeled on the packaging. We are an Always Food Safe® certified company with strict procedures in place to prevent cross-contamination of allergens.
- Salt: Most of our blends are low-salt or salt-free. When a blend does contain salt, its inclusion is is necessary for the distinct flavor of that blend. Salt is always clearly labeled on the blend's packaging when present.

Yes! You can skip any upcoming renewal in your subscription settings, and you won't be charged for that renewal.
