Refund policy

At Just The Flavor, we take pride in the quality of our service and want every delivery to meet your expectations. While we’re unable to accept returns due to the nature of our food products, we do offer support in the rare event that something goes wrong with your order. Please review the terms below to understand when refunds or replacements may be available.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you subscribe with our 6-month billing plan and aren't satisfied with your first kit for any reason, we will refund the value of any remaining months, subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted through our contact form and include the email, order number, subscription number, and order date associated with your subscription.
  • Requests must be submitted within 60 days of your initial order, after your first kit has been delivered, and before your second kit has shipped.
  • Limit one Satisfaction Guarantee refund per customer and per address.

Requests that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a refund.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, we will first attempt to re-ship the missing order. Refunds are generally not offered unless re-shipment is not possible or in exceptional circumstances, as determined by us.

Please note: we ship via USPS First Class Mail, which does not include tracking. As outlined in our Shipping Policy, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is sent. Most deliveries arrive within 4–7 business days, although delays with USPS can occur. If your shipment has not arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us through our Contact Us page.

Please be sure to double check the shipping address before completing your order. If your order does not arrive because the wrong shipping address was provided, we do not consider these orders "lost" and cannot issue refunds or replacements for them.

Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions prepaid and nonrefundable, except for partial refunds in the event of a lost or damaged shipment as described above. Partial refunds are not available if you choose to stop receiving deliveries.

If your gift recipient's shipping address changes, you can update it at any time by contacting us.

Forgetting to Cancel

If you forgot to cancel your subscription and did not intend to renew, as a courtesy, we allow a one-time grace period of up to 7 days to request a refund. Your refund request must be submitted via our contact form no more than 7 days after the payment date. After this grace period, we cannot refund payments that resulted from forgetting to cancel a subscription.

Additional Terms

All sales are final beyond the terms stated above. Food products are non-returnable, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened. Instead of returning an order, we recommend discarding any items you cannot use.

Refund requests must be submitted through the Contact Us page and may be submitted no later than 45 days after the payment in question.

Just The Flavor reserves the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of this policy, or repeated refund claims.
