We ship all subscription orders at the end of each month, including your first order. Shipping is free, always.
When you sign up, you'll get immediate access to your subscription dashboard, where you can:
- Skip shipments. Don't want an upcoming delivery? Simply select "Skip shipment" and you won't be charged for that order.
- Adjust your renewal frequency. If you'd like to receive deliveries less often than every month, you can change your subscription to renew every 2 or every 3 months instead.
- Edit your shipping info. You can change your delivery address for upcoming orders at any time.
- Cancel or pause your subscription. End or suspend your subscription at any time in just a few clicks; no jumping through hoops.
Subscriptions renew on the 18th of each month, starting the month after you sign up. For example, if you sign up on January 1st, your next renewal will occur on February 18th.

We offer three different sizes depending on your cooking needs:
- Lite includes 18 servings (9 tsp) per month. Best for most individuals, or couples who cook a few times a month.
- Regular includes 36 servings (18 tsp) per month. Ideal for most couples, or individuals who cook frequently.
- Family includes 54 servings (27 tsp) per month. Great for families, or couples who cook often.

One serving is 1/2 tsp of a blend, which is usually plenty to add bold flavor to one dish in a meal. In other words:
- Standard can flavor up to 18 individual dishes.
- Double can flavor up to 36 individual dishes.
- Family can flavor up to 54 individual dishes.
All kits ship at the end of each calendar month. When you subscribe, your first kit will ship at the end of the current month. Since we feature new spice blends each month, shipping all kits at the end of the month helps minimize waste and keep delivery schedules consistent.
Most of our blends are low-salt or salt-free. This gives you a better value because it provides a more concentrated flavor; you can add your own salt as desired. Occasionally, some blends will include salt as a key ingredient; this is necessary for the distinct flavor of that blend, and salt is always clearly labeled on the blend's packaging when present.
We ship to all 50 states in the USA. At this time, shipping is available only within the United States.
Yes! Cancelling your subscription takes just a few clicks and doesn't require jumping through hoops. You can log in to your subscription settings at any time by visiting the link in your subscription confirmation email or by going to the Manage Subscription page on our website. From there, simply hit the red "Cancel Subscription" button, follow the instructions, and ensure you've received your cancellation confirmation.
Yes! If you prefer to receive a new kit every 2 months or every 3 months instead of monthly, you can adjust your renewal frequency anytime after you sign up. Once you've signed up, you can update your preferred renewal/delivery frequency in your subscription settings dashboard.
